How to debug the ultrasonic welding machine?


  1. The ultrasonic welding machine is turned on by the power button on the front cover of the electric box. After turning it on, it will enter the startup screen. Click to enter the system, and the control system will automatically scan the frequency of the ultrasonic mold. (The old device needs to manually adjust the frequency knob to adjust the current to less than 1A).
  2. When the frequency of the ultrasonic mold is normal, we start to enter the parameter setting interface for parameter setting. The equipment with FD suffix has six welding modes, which can meet the welding requirements of a large number of customers. The six welding modes are:
  1. Time mode (mainly welding by controlling the welding time)
  2. Energy mode (mainly welding by controlling welding energy)
  3. Power mode (mainly welding by controlling the power of the equipment)
  4. Pressure mode (mainly welding by controlling the pressure of welding contact products)
  5. Depth mode (mainly welding by controlling the depth of the welding head drop)
  6. Relative depth mode (mainly welding by controlling the depth of the welding head after it touches the product, generally used with pressure trigger)
  In addition to the six welding modes, the electric box is also equipped with three welding trigger modes (wave mode), which are:
  1. Time trigger (control the falling time of the welding head)
  2. Pressure trigger (control the pressure of the welding head contacting the product)
  3. Depth trigger (control the lowering depth of the welding head)
  The above three trigger modes refer to the way the ultrasonic welding head starts to emit waves after reaching the set parameter position.

After the welding mode parameters are adjusted, we still cannot achieve the desired welding effect (the effect is too strong or does not meet the requirements), then we can also adjust the amplitude, which is commonly called the vibration amplitude, the greater the amplitude, The greater the output of the ultrasonic machine, the easier it is to damage the product.
  4. After the above three points are adjusted, we have achieved the desired effect, but we found that the welding is very unstable. At this time, we need to adjust the air pressure to keep the air pressure stable. Of course, it is not necessary if the equipment is driven by a servo motor. Worry about instability.
