How to improve the working efficiency of the screen printing machine


  When mixing ink, you should add as few inks of different colors as possible. Generally speaking, the fewer types of color inks you choose, the better the mixing effect will be. Some screen printing inks are dried by drying. The light color is lighter after drying than the undried one, and the dark color is darker after drying. In addition, whether there is a difference in the color tone of the ink before and after drying during printing is a problem that is easy to overlook. Generally speaking, through natural drying (solvent volatile ink), the substrate is plastic, metal, paper, glass, etc., and it is difficult to change the color; but for ceramics, the color will only appear after burning and oxidation. Color can only be adjusted based on experience. Regarding the screen printing ink that is dried by thermosetting and light curing, the color changes in shades, as mentioned above. When the amount of ink adjustment is large, an ink adjustment machine can be used, which can complete the color adjustment in a short time. The above screen printers should pay great attention to the ink color adjustment, so I will share here. If the printing worker wants to adjust the ink, he immediately recommends the color and process technology of the printing.
  When printing on a screen printer or printing materials should be stored at room temperature to dry, avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet rays or strong light, and lay flat on a smooth surface. Before printing, the screen printing machine should select the appropriate ink screen according to the performance of the ink. Before printing, the screen printing machine should choose the screen material according to the surface condition of the substrate. For curved or undulating surfaces, use a nylon mesh with good elasticity. For the surface with strong absorption, choose a screen with a large amount of ink; smooth surfaces are suitable. High-tension wire mesh; low-mesh wire mesh for rough surfaces; anti-static wire mesh for insulating surfaces.
  The screen printing machine must determine the image resolution of the screen printing before printing: the silk diameter is fine, and the mesh number is high, the resolution is high. If the wire diameter is thick and the mesh number is low, the resolution will be low. But it is not that the higher the mesh number, the better, too high will cause insufficient ink output due to screen printing, leading to incomplete or damaged prints. Or if the glue printed is thicker, we can use linear (commonly known as zebra crossing) or dotted (commonly known as checkered) printing.
  The drying up of the screen printing glue and the drying up of the water-based screen printing glue are accelerated by the general increase in temperature. The following is a brief analysis of one of the screen printing equipment for you. The printing machine is a contact imaging device applied to the production of printing plates. Pressure (including atmospheric pressure and mechanical pressure) makes the film closely fit the photosensitive plate, and under the special light source, the photosensitive film on the PS plate produces a chemical reaction, thereby printing the image on the original plate on the photosensitive plate.
