Understand the principle and structure of screen printing machine


The full name of screen printing machine is "screen printing machine", it is through the screen printing ink and other pulp to the product on a kind of equipment. The structure of screen printing machine

Printing device: scraping ink and back ink is mainly used to achieve a main action of screen printing. The scraping ink system and the back ink system, under normal circumstances, are installed on the scraper slide frame, so that they can reciprocate in the movement, alternately up and down, respectively to achieve the scraping ink and back ink action.

Transmission device: transmission device mainly includes motor, electromagnetic clutch, reducer, speed regulating mechanism.
